I used the igf pre-workout at around 100mcg split into muscle, and I used the mgf after my workout again at the 200mcg split. The igf felt like it made me feel like my muscle felt so pumped it felt like my skin was going to burst! I used this during the first four weeks of my cyle. I believe in spot injecting for local growth with peptides. I focused on my side and rear delts attempting to help round out my shoulders because my front delts to overpower the rest of my shoulder. This in combination with heavy and high volume bent over the reverse fly, and lateral raises seems to have done wonders for my shoulders. It seems like the hyperplasia that these may cause leads to results down the road after giving time for hypertrophy of the new cells.
